On June 24, a delegation of overseas customers visited Shandong Binzhou Hexin Chemical Fiber & Net Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection of the HDPE shade net production base. Company representatives warmly received the guests and provided a full guided tour.
The customers toured the raw material warehouse, five parallel extrusion and weaving production lines, the quality control laboratory, and the finished product showroom. On the factory floor, they witnessed the complete manufacturing process — from 100% virgin HDPE granules to 180GSM high-density shade nets — covering filament extrusion, warping, weaving, cutting, and rolling, with every step rigorously managed under the ISO quality management system.
In the showroom, the customers reviewed the full technical specifications of the shade net product line: shading rates from 30% to 98%, customizable widths from 1m to 10m, and 12 standard colors with Pantone color matching available. They expressed high regard for the company's "Honesty and Credit Enterprise" distinction and its three international certifications — CE, ISO, and JIS.
